but nothing that Kaspersky (virustotal in Down, I can’t give you the link to check with all possible) finds something infectious in the apk?
He as if offers to remove something from the apk, if you agree - the application is still being installed ... although I still do not understand whether it will work after that ...
(I did not manage to get the root yet, SGS, 2.2, the same problem as the last ones who unsubscribed with this device)

Absolutely nothing. The program contains the code (or script) to get root through a vulnerability in the protection of the Android OS.
In this case, the application puts the root, but in other cases, other unknown applications, you can get access to the phone and foul.
And the official position of Casper is to leave everything as it is — that is, the file is like a virus, so by default they block it
However, this file and another Universal AndRoot (which also contains the same code) - they recommend adding to exceptions.

On all versions of the program writes the syntax error package. Where to dig? : blush: SGS

Most likely, an antivirus is installed, which does not allow to fully download the file. In this case, the file must be added to the antivirus exceptions.

add: first you need to disable the automatic removal of suspicious objects, and then there will be nothing to add to the exceptions;)

Samsung Galaxy S firmware JPB.
I got root using z4root 1.3.0 using the following algorithm:
1. I had to first put BusyBox
2. Made Temporary root, then gave root to z4root and BusyBox itself
3. Made Permanent root.

Otherwise it did not work, when you clicked immediately on the Permanent root, it hung or was unloaded.

Rep: (1)
And explain, than temporary from permanent differs. And is it possible to apply unroot to permanent?

And explain, than temporary from permanent differs. And is it possible to apply unroot to permanent?

As far as I understand...
temporary - temporary rights until the first reboot ...
permanent - permanent rights that remain after the reboot ...
There are no other differences !!!
The last version used unroot !!! Software requiring root rights, cursed their absence ... However, unfortunately I can’t check how much “dirt” is left after these gestures. there is not enough experience ...

Firmware I5800XXJP9 ... root rights can not be obtained: (
even the method described by nnmuser08

z4root 1.3.0 crashes when you click on any button.
First, the device vibrated once, then twice, and silence.

Someone tried on this firmware rut?

Enrolled using SuperOneClick, thanks lonely_nemo suggested.
The truth is that Kaspersky swears at it, deletes one file ... Disconnected, enrolled, turned on.

What is root.me?

Or I ask the question indistinctly, or I do not understand your answers at all.

Specifically:

1. If I make root, the warranty flies?
2. If I do after root un-root, tel. returns to its former state (as the superuser disappears from the answers), what then with the guarantee?
3. For live wallpapers (tel. Samsung I5800) do you always need to root?

Good evening!
Acquired the NTS Desire! Everything suits me! I tried to install the Font Size program (so that the letters became bigger — it was too small) She asked for root rights. I tried all your above described options - the result is zero

SuperOneClick - faild
z4root - it seems to give temporary rights - I launch the Font Size prog - after the reboot everything was as small as it was left
Permanent - also does not give results
Universal AndRoot * Release of new versions terminated * - faild when rutting

If not hard tell me a way out of this situation?

This prog (Font size) checked on HTC HD2 Android 2.2 (revolution assembly) - current works in a way

but with the fact that below do not know what to do
HTC Desire Android 2.2 Module Version 32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27 Software Number 2.29.405.5CL293415 release = -keys

Z4 Root is guaranteed not to work. I tried on droid v2.2.1 (frg83d). On the previous firmware worked.
This method helped mehttp://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-lab...os-version.html
There were no other ways on frg83d last year!

For HTC EVO 4G, Sprint Hero, HTC Desire, HTC Wildfire, HTC Aria, HTC Droid Incredible, you must first carry out the NAND unlock procedurehttp://unrevoked.com/

So I went to the link. immediately the problem is "HBOOT USB PLUG on screen."
I do not have HBOOT USB PLUG. Tell me what to do?

Rep: (12)

Or not installed NET. Framework 2.0 and up
Or the antivirus cursed / blocked / cut off the program (as it contains a linux-exploit)

Universal AndRoot -2.1 2.2 did not work

Program Used: SuperOneClick
Device: HTC Wildfire
Operating system on computer: Windows 7
Description of the problem:
I do everything according to the instructions, but reaching the points highlighted in red:

Getting root

* Make sure that Settings / Applications / Development / USB Debugging is turned off
* Click Root
* When the application writes "Waiting for Device", enable the USB Debugging item.
* After this, the RATC exploit will be launched.
* When "Starting ADB Server ..." appears
* Turn off USB Debugging
* Turn on
* Turn off again

* This must be done before the new inscription "Waiting for device ..." appears.

I do not have time to do it, as a result, SuperOneClick does not respond and the NTS does not define itself. And at all, only if you overload the phone. Please tell me how to be?

By the way, it costs Android 2.2. Maybe for him have not yet figured out a way to get the root?
