Change OS between Android and Windows Phone / Windows Mobileis possible but only following devices are supported:

• Xiaomi Mi4 LTE , so far there is no version for WCDMA, only LTE, but support is official from Microsoft, so active development is underway.
  
• DEXP Ixion W5.
  
• HTC HD2, there is support only WP7.
  
• Toshiba TG01, there is support only WP7.
  

There is also a special version.HTC M8 for WindowsBut attempts to convert the Android version of the device to Windows (and vice versa) are unsuccessful.
The situation may change in the near future, as recently enthusiasts have succeededunlock bootloaderon Nokia Lumia 520, 521, 525, 620, 625, 720, 820, 920, 925, 928, 1020 and 1320, therefore, the appearance of Android-based firmware is quite possible, but development is not conducted because of the great complexity.
